We live in beautiful Driggs, Idaho which is a big playground all year long. We are passionate about fitness, good food, great leggings and spending time with family.
We work with clients who are tired of rigidity when it comes to their fitness and are ready for a sustainable plan that helps them find balance between fitness and their personal lives. Afterall, being healthy is more than how many times you hit the gym or the food you eat; it's a lifestyle.
Our coaching style is evidence based. A healthy lifestyle is more than physical results alone. We believe it should encompass all areas of your being: mental health, your roles and relationships and embracing what brings you joy. Doing things the right way means making changes that are sustainable, not quick fixes or 3 month challenges.
Through our Remedy Coaching app, each month you'll get workouts sent to your phone. Follow a science based program every time you walk into the gym.

Eating doesn't have to be boring (or hard). We provide nutrition coaching that educates you on how much protein, fat and carbs you need to perform your best. We'll design meal plans that meet your dietary needs and include foods you enjoy.
